The API gateway of Weik.io, an open source integration platform, publishes your HTTP APIs

Weik.io APIM
Weik.io is a GitOps-focused integration platform that manages integrations, APIs, file transfers and events. This image is APIM, the Weik.io API gateway, which publishes HTTP APIs under your own hostnames in front of your integrations or other HTTP services.
Callers get access through a subscription of a type such as API key or OpenID Connect token. You set access rules, client certificates, subscriptions and rate limits on the hub (weikio/weikio-backend), and the gateway enforces them. It also terminates TLS for its hostnames and logs each request, and a webhook API publishes each call it receives into an event channel that your integrations can read.
A gateway runs on the hub's servers or on other servers that you enrol for it.
About Weik.io
Integrations in Weik.io are plain Apache Camel routes in YAML, XML or Java, and they can use Camel's components and kamelets. If your team already uses Camel, you can manage your separate Camel integrations in Weik.io, which adds logs, metrics and traces, role-based access and an audit log to them. Weik.io also manages file transfers, schedules, event channels and database change tracking.
You can deploy, promote and roll back versions from your Git pipelines with the weikio command line, or in the admin UI.
Weik.io is open source under the Apache License 2.0 and uses these open standards and formats instead of proprietary ones:
- OpenAPI for describing the hub's HTTP API and the APIs you publish
- OpenTelemetry (OTLP) for the logs, metrics and traces of your integrations and the platform
- CloudEvents for the events of your Camel routes, through Camel's CloudEvents support
You can use Weik.io Cloud, which is the managed Weik.io and can also run your integrations on its servers, or run Weik.io in your own cloud, on your own servers or in a mix of them.
Tags
The gateway runs with the same tag as the hub, such as 2026.2.0, and the image is built for linux/amd64 with no latest tag.

Get started
The guide at https://weik.io/docs/operate/install-single-server installs a hub with these images on one Linux server, and https://weik.io/try runs the whole platform on your machine in a dev container.
